This Privacy Policy explains how POOT Loop processes information when you use the POOT Loop Telegram bot, website and related community features.
Information we process
Depending on how you use POOT Loop, we may process Telegram user IDs, usernames and display information; community and group identifiers; community settings; participation and activity information; POOT reputation; Admin Point Adjustments; check-ins and streaks; leaderboard and season statistics; linked X identity; X campaign participation and verification information; subscription and payment-verification metadata; support communications; and operational or security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and secure POOT Loop, configure communities, deliver Telegram features, calculate participation and reputation, run seasons and campaigns, verify subscription payments, provide support, prevent duplicate or abusive activity, and improve service reliability.
Telegram communities
POOT processes information available to it in communities where it is added and permitted to operate. It does not claim access to private conversations that are not made available to the bot. Community administrators are responsible for deciding how they use POOT Loop in their groups.
AI features
Where AI discussion features are enabled, recent Telegram conversation context may be processed to generate relevant community discussion starters and follow-ups. POOT uses that context to operate the feature, not to sell conversations or provide them to advertisers.
X integration
If you link an X account or participate in an X campaign, POOT processes the linked account identity and campaign-related public activity needed to provide attribution, progress and rewards. POOT does not ask for your X password.
Admin Point Adjustments
Community administrators can add or subtract POOT reputation for their own community members. POOT records the adjustment needed to show the source in member statistics, rankings and community history.
Payments and blockchain data
POOT supports subscription verification for USDC and USDT transfers on Solana. We process payment references, transaction signatures, wallet and token information required to verify a payment and apply access. Public blockchain transactions may be visible independently on the relevant network.
Service providers
POOT may use service providers needed to operate the product, including Telegram, AI service providers, X-data services, Convex, Railway, Solana and Helius infrastructure, and Netlify for the website. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide POOT Loop, maintain records, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your and your community's choices
Administrators can manage POOT settings, pause automation and remove the bot from a community. Members can manage their linked X account where the product permits. Contact us if you need help with a privacy-related request.
Children
POOT Loop is not intended for children. Do not use the service where you are not legally permitted to do so.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
