These Terms of Service govern your use of the POOT Loop website, Telegram bot and related services. By using POOT Loop, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
POOT Loop is a Telegram-native community engagement service for Web3 communities. It provides features such as AI discussions, participation and reputation tools, check-ins, streaks, leaderboards, community seasons, X campaigns, RAID NOW, Focus Mode, Admin Point Adjustments and subscription controls.
Eligibility and community administrators
You must be legally able to use the service. Community administrators are responsible for adding POOT Loop to their communities, maintaining appropriate Telegram permissions, moderating their members, configuring product features and using administrative controls responsibly.
Acceptable use
Do not use POOT Loop to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, deceive users, manipulate participation, interfere with the service or abuse Telegram, X or blockchain systems. We may restrict access where needed to protect the service or its users.
Telegram communities and content
Community administrators and members remain responsible for their Telegram content and moderation decisions. POOT Loop is a tool for engagement; it is not a replacement for community moderation.
AI-generated content
AI-generated discussion starters and follow-ups may be imperfect or unsuitable for every context. Administrators remain responsible for deciding whether to use AI features and for moderating resulting discussions.
POOT reputation, leaderboards and seasons
POOT points are engagement and reputation metrics. They are not money, securities, investment products or guaranteed token rewards. Leaderboards, titles and season results are product features and may reflect eligible activity recorded by the service.
Admin Point Adjustments
Community administrators may add or subtract POOT reputation for community activities and corrections. POOT does not guarantee the fairness of an administrator's discretionary adjustments. Administrators are responsible for how they use these controls in their own communities.
X integrations and campaigns
X campaigns depend on linked account information and available public campaign activity. Campaign results, individual reward attribution and feature availability may be limited by platform conditions, access and verification requirements. Do not use POOT Loop to violate X rules or misrepresent campaign activity.
Subscriptions, trial and payments
Eligible communities can receive a 7-day free trial when an administrator explicitly starts it. Monthly access is $50 for 30 days. Yearly access is $500 for 365 days. Payments are made with USDC or USDT on Solana through the product's direct transfer flow. No credit card payment or wallet connection is promised by these Terms.
Blockchain transaction risks
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. You are responsible for verifying the selected token, network, payment wallet and transaction details before sending funds. POOT Loop does not promise refunds or reverse a blockchain transaction.
Suspension, availability and changes
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, misuse, non-payment or service operation. Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
POOT Loop, its branding, software and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights you retain in your own content, these Terms do not grant you ownership of POOT Loop materials.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
POOT Loop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, POOT Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold POOT Loop harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your community content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
